IndyCC Blog
We will have an IndyCC tshirt this year
Q: Do I get a free t-shirt if I register online?
A: Only if you register online AND pay the entire conference cost by noon (EST) on December 3.
Are Meals Included
Q: Are meals and parking included in the cost?
A: Unfortunately, No. You will need to bring extra money for all your meals. There are many restaurant options including a food court in the Circle Centre Mall. Also, plan on bringing some money to pay for parking. In the past, we have secured a nearby lot for you to park your vehicle.
A flyer with information about how to get to that lot will be available for you to pick up when you arrive at the Westin.
Commuting? - No Problem
Q: How much does it cost if I'm commuting and want to attend an individual session?
A: Each regular session costs $10. The December 29 evening session, which includes the concert, is $20. The New Year's Eve session (which includes both the meeting, the party, and the prayer and worship time) costs $35.
Where will I be staying
Everyone will stay in two nearby hotels, either
The Westin
50 S. Capitol Ave.
Indianapolis, IN
Marriott,
350 W. Maryland St.
Indianapolis, IN
Both are centrally located and connected to the Convention Center via skywalks. If you go through registration with your campus during the assigned times there will be a greater chance of your school being housed together on the same hotel floor. But we can't tell you which hotel you or your friends from other campuses will be staying at until the conference begins.
Going through Check-in with your roommates
Do we really have to go through check-in/registration with all of our roommates in order to get our room keys?
Yes! All four of you should arrive at The Westin on December 28 and check-in/register during your specific check-in time.
Indiana & Illinois colleges 2-4:30 pm.
Ohio & Michigan colleges 3-5:30 pm.
If a roommate has to arrive late, you could pay the remaining conference cost for him or her and then receive all of your room keys. If this is your situation, be sure to make arrangements to pay for the person or you will have to wait until the person arrives to get into your room.

Here is what you should probably bring
Just be sure to bring your Bible and journal. The dress is casual, so you don't need any dressy clothes. You will be going out into the city one day for the day of outreach so be sure to bring warm clothes (i.e. coat, gloves, and hat). Also, if you want to save money on food, you can bring a cooler with your own food. The New Year's Eve party theme for this year is "Brought to you by the letter C," so feel free to dress up in costume for that if you like.
Thanks,
