IndyCC Check-In
Check-in will take place on December 28 at the Westin Hotel. Please arrive at the designated time to check in/register. All times are EST (Eastern Standard Time). Your arrival time depends on where you go to school:

If you are coming from a state not listed here, please go through registration between 2 - 4 p.m.
Avoid the rush by arriving early! Check-in will end promptly at 5:30 pm. (Late check-in will continue after the evening session.)
If you arrive after 5:30 pm, you must go to the Campus Crusade Info Desk in The Westin to pick up a wristband, which will allow you to attend the evening session. As soon as the evening session ends, you will need to go through late check-in.
To room with your friends, with four per room, all of you must go through check-in together. Ideally, your whole campus will be housed on the same floor(s), in the same hote--if you go through check-in with your entire campus. This is one of the reasons we require campuses to go through registration at set times.
parking info
Go straight to the Westin Hotel. Once you are there, you will drop off your luggage and get a map to where you need to park. After you park your car, you will return to the Westin and go through check-in and registration.
Groups from some campuses will be housed in the Marriott, but EVERYONE needs to go to the Westin first!
